The ageing takes place in Austrian oak barrels for 12 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNebbiolo is a light grape, but with a strong character. It's subtle yet bold, silky yet complex! You'll find aromas of fig paste, cherry jam, peony and pomegranate.
